toolhead: Replace max_accel_to_decel with minimum_cruise_ratio
The user facing max_accel_to_decel setting is complicated and confusing. Replace it with a new minimum_cruise_ratio parameter. Internally this user-facing parameter will calculate the existing low-level "accel_to_decel" mechanism. Signed-off-by: Kevin O'Connor <[email protected]>

Hi Kevin, I came across a potential small issue with this commit:
One of my macros used the following statement:
SET_VELOCITY_LIMIT ACCEL_TO_DECEL={printer.configfile.settings.printer.max_accel_to_decel}
.When I replace it with
SET_VELOCITY_LIMIT MINIMUM_CRUISE_RATIO={printer.configfile.settings.printer.minimum_cruise_ratio}
I receive the following error message:!! Error on 'SET_VELOCITY_LIMIT MINIMUM_CRUISE_RATIO=': unable to parse
. However, when I explicitly defineminimum_cruise_ratio: 0.5
in the[printer]
configuration block the above parse error disappears.It seems to me that the default value of
minimum_cruise_ratio
is not being defined...
