New footprint created in Connector_USB library
To repair this not successful checks I need to close this Pull Request and make new one with fixed files or is there a batter way to do it? |
- reference text change from 'CON?' to 'REF**' - added RefDes to F.Fab - added courtyard around footprint - fixed center point - added 3D model

- reference text change from 'CON?' to 'REF**'
- added RefDes to F.Fab
- added courtyard around footprint
- fixed center point
- added 3D model
- fixed value text to match footprint name - added drawings to fabrication layer - added RefDes to F.Fab layer with '%R' - changed courtyard line width to 0.05
3D model is now WRL format but I had to scalle it 0,4 on all axis and move it up by 1,5 mm on z axis and rotate 180 arround z axis. I just downloaded it from 3dcontentcentral and don't know how fixed in any program to be used in kicad without any modifiction. |
-Pin 10 changed to A10 -Pin 12 changed to A12
Try KiCad StepUp for FreeCAD. BTW, the model is not required, just the path in the footprint file is. In fact, depending on its license, the one from 3dcontentcentral is probably not acceptable. |

That won't work at all.
First of, its a local path that only works on your computer.
Second, the scaling and offset all need to be at default values. See https://kicad-pcb.org/libraries/klc/M2.2/
It looks like you already figured that out. Can you please also update the screenshot in the first post? |
