What and Why:

Update the Readme to improve the local setup experience of the project:

  1. Include the local command to setup tailwind.
  2. Include link to laravel/laravel .env.example file for reference

Note! Fly deploy github action no longer works because I no longer have access to the account used. Will fix this in another PR!
