What's Changed

Better handle inclination detection when Principia is installed. Principia tilts the universe around the current mainbody in order to allow for axial tilt. This means that inclinations for orbits that are not around the current mainbody will be wrong. For those orbits, we now recompute inclination based on the body's actual polar axis, instead of Celestial Up.
