Crew Roster
Under the Crew Roster section of the Operations Menu the first entry will always be a selection for the full roster to be displayed, which will load every crew member into the content area, sorted in the same manner as the current filter selection for the menu. Hovering over the crew images will bring up tooltips for each and clicking on the image will bring you to their details page. Sorting the crew menu while this view is selected will also resort the images in real time to match the new category being filtered.
Every bit of relevant data for a crew member is displayed in this view and contains a Data Box that is used to display various fields of statistics while the Info Box provides a look at the crew member and details of his or her background and service history.
Clicking for additional information on the crew member will open a dialog over the image with their birthdate, family name, hobbies, specialty, biography and service history. The dialog can be moved around the page and will update with new information if another crew member is selected from the Operations Menu. It will always open over the crew photo.
The amount of information shown here can vary slightly depending on the crew member so not all fields will be shown for all crew. Fields that do appear will always be shown in this order:
- Activation Date - The date on which the crew member became an official astronaut for the KSA and will include a count of years in service to the Agency
- Completed Missions - The total number of missions participated by the crew member throughout their career
- Total Mission Days - The cumulative number of days on which the crew member spent participating in missions
- Docking Operations - The number of times a crew member has performed the feat of joining two vessels together in orbit
- Total EVA Time - The amount of time spent performing extra-vehicular activity, both in orbit and on the surface of bodies that are not Kerbin
- Total Science Collected - Science collection is only accumulated if the crew member is directly responsible for gathering the science, and does not always reflect the total amount of science gathered by the missions themselves
- Total Mission Distance - The amount of kilometers that have been accumulated during the time spent performing mission-related duties aboard a mission vehicle
- Current Status - What tasks or mission the crew member is performing at this time. Hover over the description for more information
- Current Assignment - What mission or program the crew member currently spends the majority of their time participating in. Hover over the name to learn more about their assigned roles
- Past Missions - Contains a complete listing of all the missions participated in by the crew member, which you can select to take you to the report for that mission on the KSA website
- Earned Ribbons - Notable achievements by crew members are commemorated by ribbons, which can be hovered over to display additional information on what each one means. There are successive ribbons that can replace past-earned ribbons and these are hidden by default but can be shown with an option given below the ribbons
