What is this "registry dirty" issue?

[noblock] OK now I see the explanation message.

I messed up with version numbers: I first created a v0.10.0 release, but then noticed an issue and directly created a new v0.10.1 release without registering v0.10.0. Next time I'll try to remember not to do it in that order, but for now I think the only way forward is manual merge (I mean since tags and release numbers are already public at https://github.com/Microgrids-X/Microgrids.jl/releases), correct?
