Version 1.4.31

Revised the Profile settings UI to fit all the settings on the screen.
Fixed not being able to have a negative scroll value for the touchpad
Less lag when opening/reopening profile settings
Added Arabic Translation (Thanks K.F), updated French, Polish, and
Portuguese translations
