Javascript page to search through subtitles in a 'subs' subdirectory, handy for IPFS
Download the subtitles with a command like, yt-dlp --skip-download --write-auto-sub --sub-format vtt --lang en https://www.youtube.com/channel/CHANNEL_ID
Place them in the 'subs' directory and upload everything to a webserver, or add to IPFS.
