Added the ability to enable borders on all the buttons in the bar.
You can either individually enable them by going to either
Configuration > BarorConfiguration > Custom Modulesand enabling them individually.Or you can enable all of them from
Configuration > Bar > Enable Button Borders. Each button's border color can be themed. All the themes included with hyprpanel have the border colors synced to the theme so you should only have to enable borders if you're already using a hyprpanel theme.closes #229
