A COSMOS file (pdz_cosmos2015_v1.3.fits.gz) can be found here: ftp://ftp.iap.fr/pub/from_users/hjmcc/COSMOS2015.

Otherwise, data is stored in a shared Google Drive folder owned by Dr. Kartaltepe (see README credits).
