This unifies most of the toast logic into one retain call.
The motivation for this is related to #35.
Since dismisses have an animation, I check every frame whether the limit of notifications is reached and dismiss if so.
However if a toast has disappeared the old implementation called retain only in the next frame. Thus I was always overriding the
disappeared
state back todisappear
.As far as I can see from starting the example this is just as good. Why the dismiss (the variable) checked after the loop was not clear to me.
