Release v2.0.0 - Itheum Enterprise is here!

• Final stable 2.0.X version before 2.1.0 comes in. This release had the alpha version of Itheum Enterprise support and was used for early testing internally and by a partner
• 2.1.0 will bring in some changes related to the watermark protection via the data marshal.
