Did a bunch of de-bugging of correlation steps (still kinda buggy). Next step is to merge in with the new measures extraction codes so I can actually make maps. Currently I can run correlations, but can't make maps without re-creating a bunch of work. I think we should merge this branch (corr_plots) with devel (no major structural changes) and then figure out how to merge the new extract_measures stuff into devel, which I assume you have already worked on some. I can work on this some this afternoon, but don't want to start until these changes are into devel at least.
