URL remapping is defined in https://archive.torproject.org/websites/gitolite2gitlab.txt with line:
pluggable-transports/meek tpo/anti-censorship/pluggable-transports/meekThe tarball from new gitlab has a different checksum, possibly because of slightly different compression, different contained .tar filename...
