Não tenho uma data pra colocarmos em produção ainda (espero que em Dezembro), mas para nós seria mais conveniente se estivesse disponível no nuget, pois posso ir validando/corrigindo durante meus testes... |

Transformada classe MDFeConfiguracao de static para singleton para permitir configurações em ambientes multi-empresa.
Para simplificar o PR foquei só na alteração do static, seguindo o padrão das classes NF-e.
Testado em nossa aplicação que está em desenvolvimento (ainda não consigo testar múltiplas empresas):
