기존에 작성된 보고서의 사진은 파이어베이스 스토리지에 있으므로,
앞으로 업로드하는 이미지는 서버 내에 저장하고 불러오되 스토리지에 저장되어 있는 이미지도 문제 없이 불러오도록 호환성 조치.
