HI @jmcarcell, some tests are failing in the nightly |

CI is passing now - the difference with before being that the requested services were created always by default and in this case I set it to false so it's possible in some places there will be a complain. I could change all the falses to true and then they will be created by default, however I think the better place is in the steering file so that it's easy to find which services are running instead of having algorithms create them. |
