* Complete dropped Galaxy/Exareme deployment

* New releases for components:
** MIP
** Exareme2
** Portal-backend
** Portal-frontend 
** Gateway

* Integration with new portalbackend authentication adapter.
* Refactored and simplified the test deployment.
