Better availability checks, RN 0.60 support and ability to get recorded shortcuts

This release adds support for the new React Native version, while also improving stability by doing availability checks for functions for you.

Added a new getShortcuts function to get a list of recorded shortcuts and their respective recorded phrase. (#21)
