There is no TLS when running via `runserver` plus config works with IPs instead of `localhost`. see https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy
- geonode@datapackage_tabular-data can be overlayed in docker-compose via local instance - geonode-mapstore-client@datapackage_tabular-data done via git submodule, but can be started and debugged from any other checked out location
