Did you know you can add release notes too? Just add markdown formatted text underneath the comment after the text

@essenciary it seems that we have to bump LowerCodeUtils in order to get Stipple running on julia 1.11
Strange that Julia.Registrator merged the commit although the tests did not pass (see JuliaRegistries/General#104790)
In this case we should probably better wait for the tests to pass, before we register a new version.
