feat: add DVD Screensaver channel

Description

A simple screensaver like channel that simulates the old-school DVD players on CRT TVs. When the donations reach 10k increments, there is a sudden burst of acceleration that slows back down to normal speed. Just like watching to see if it will ever hit the corner, if someone manages to catch it speeding around, they will swear to their friends that they saw it but nobody will believe them.
