Recovery no longer relies on a patched vbmeta.img

The Recovery Project should no longer rely on Magisk Patched Vbmeta.
Fixed twrp.flags issues excluding failed to unlock /dev/block/mmcblk0p* for flashing as it is related to samsung/mediatek.
