This "milestone" is really just a tag for all issues that either turn out not to be a bug in GalSim or maybe involved just a question about how GalSim works or similar discussions that don't end up leading to new committed code.

It's mostly just a classification of issues that shouldn't be in one of the regular milestones, so giving them this milestone helps filter them out of issue lists to be classified.
