Kills the Mutex of Guild Wars 2 which prevents multiple instances.
Simply execute the .exe and if you are running Guild Wars 2, the mutex will be killed.
Requires .NET 4.5
Tested with:
- Gw2.exe (32bit/64bit)
- Gw2FeaturePublicTestTiny.exe
