This PR improves communication of the LSC's wireless mode by adding two warnings, one in the tooltip and one when wireless mode is first clicked. This should prevent people from accidentally bricking their bases.

Furthermore, this PR adds a debug energy override for the LSC that is only accessible if the player is in creative mode.
