1. Added policy disclaimer to refer folks to OMB's OFCIO to the bottom of the policy 2. Relocated "M-24-08 rescinds the following memos" note component from the bottom of the policy summary TO underneath the subsection, "focus areas" under "what does it mean to strengthen digital accessibility..." (I did this to avoid stacking two note components on top of one another).
