"emolt_functions.py" has some commonly used functions

"qaqc_emolt.py" adds flagged data to emolt.dat and outputs "emolt_QCed.csv"

"read_s3_eMOLT.py" reads Lowell's Temperature and Presure files on AWS and generates csv, emolt_AWS.dat, and csv files

"read_s3_eMOLT_DO.py" reads Lowell's DissolvedOxygen and WaterDetect files on AWS and generates csv, emolt_do.dat, and csv files

"getnavy.py" reads ODN's ERDDAP-served navy-funded hauls and creates "emolt_navy.dat"
