FrozenBlade Enhanced.

To install and run this website you must have the following steps completed.
1. Must have Mysql, Apache /w php, and be running a MaNGOS or ArcEmu server "which ever project you are using".
2. Upload all files from either Trunk/ArcEmu-MaNGOS.
3. Setup up lib/config.php I you do not do this the site will show errors and not work properly.
