v0.19.2-dev-api5: It's a bird! It's a plane! IT'S API 5!!!

Thanks to sammyvsparks/cykrix, there is actually a API 5 build out now.

It doesn't really have much in terms of feature updates, since i've been busy and sick, but it should help for those who want to run bleeding edge servers.

Please note that because API 5 is actually still bleeding, it is prone to change.
However, I will always try to target the latest version of the API.

Which means that the latest version of SF or SV as of the time of release SHOULD work fine.

Anyway, have fun, and let me know if anything breaks.
