Instructions to run the calibration:
1. in noMachine open the terminal and navigate to the folder where the batch files are:
  cd /scratch/project_2000994/calibrations/newCal/sbatchFiles
2. modify the calibration settings in genSet.r
3. run the sbatch files from 1 to 20:
  sbatch bcP1.sh
      ...
  sbatch bcP20.sh
