This PR aims to remove the session parameters as they're not used since Matomo v4.0.0. I've included the changes in the migration guide in the
README.md.https://developer.matomo.org/changelog#matomo-400
I've compared the other properties we're sending, the rest looks still valid in Matomo v5.0.0.
