(2.5) More specs !

This new update brings a lots of new cools things in FlashSpec ! I hope you will enjoy it !
Lets start with the changelog :
New matchs spec !
[+] Added egggroup match spec
[+] Added dimname match spec
[+] Added hascustomtexture match spec
[~] moves spec have now the alias knowsmove spec to not conflict with the AquaGym spec
There is also new commands :
[+] Added /flashspec debug which print all specs that are registered by others sidemods
[+] Added /flashspec reload which will reload the config.
And of course new specs !
[+] Added legl,ubl,uborlegl spec which allow you to set the level of theses pokemons
[+] Added happinessc spec which allow you to add or remove a specific quantity of happiness on a pokemon
[+] Added hachance spec which allow you to setting custom rate of hidden ability of a pokemon
[+] Added shinychance spec which like hachance allow you to set the rate of shiny of a specific pokemon
