Breaking change to remove the deploy-hashed-assets command

The Customer Products Platforms team has done work to locate where this is used and update them away from this command.

However if you need to migrate, check your application for the use of deploy-hashed-assets.

If you are using deploy-hashed-assets you should use an alternative way of uploading assets such as Page Kit with upload-assets-to-s3.
