The first chapter, under the heading "Synchronization and Reconciliation", contains the lines: "Maybe an administrator manually created an account for a new assistant because the HR people were all busy to process the papers. And the new assistant had such pretty eyes."

The second line should be removed. It is not necessary to describe the physical appearance of the HR assistant. Doing so doesn't add anything relevant to the discussion and comes off as a bit creepy.

Indeed, this remark sounds creepy, because it is supposed to sound creepy. Situations like this happen, and they cause o lot of multi-faceted problems, problems that have to be handled (not only) by HR and IDM processes. Therefore, I think that this remark is not pointless, it in fact illustrates the root of the problem. However, I understand your concern. I will try improve the text to explain the situation in a better way. Thanks for pointing that out.

Sorry, but I'm not understanding you. Situations like what happen? How is commenting on a person's appearance in any way appropriate or relevant to this documentation?

I mean circumventing the rules and processes due to appearance and similar motivations.
