It includes the R script used for the Thesis project entitled "Identification of Genetic Association between Neurodegenerative Disease and Neurodevelopmental Disorder - A SysBiomics & Machine Learning Approach" For the Neurodegenerative Disease and Neurodevelopmental Disorder array gene expression dataset of Parkinson's Disease and Autism Spectrum Disorder were selected respectively. For Parkinson's PDscript was utilised and for Autism ASDscript was utilised. Later upon the retrieval of the Differential gene expression overlapping was observed using the biotools.fr
