Revision 2 Patchnotes

• Reworked Lustia to include the Omnibrowser Addon Arcade naturally, but non-functional (also fix the Lustia crash)
• Added a weather effect to Lustia, making every entity gain arousal x5 faster
• Added a mechanic allowing status effects to modify the arousal gain rate of an entity
• Fixed arousal debuffs behaving wrongly (arousal behaved like heat)
• Fixed the birth control pill to actually work (Yes, it never worked before, not even old SxB)
