Mod setup
Make sure you have BMBF installed. Also the mod does NOT allow you to stream your gameplay directly from beat saber to the client. You'll have to use Oculus built in casting feature.
- Download the latest Streamer tools mod
- Open BMBF on your Quest and open the tools tab
- On your PC type the link shown in the top right of BMBF
You should be greeted with a upload page. If you get any error refeer to the BSMG wiki
On there upload the mod by clicking the box and selecting the qmod you downloaded under Downloads
-
Download the latest Streamer tools client. Either download the installer or the portable install.
-
a) You downloaded the installer:
Simply double click the installer and follow it's setup
b) You downloaded the portable version:
Right click the zip and click "extract all". Follow assistant until you finished extracting.
- Open the client (either search it via the windows search if you installed it or find the folder you extracted on the portable version and open the executable)
- After the client is open start Beat Saber on your Quest. You should get a pop up on your PC asking if you want to connect with your Quest. If you don't then in Sidequest connect your Quest and type in the ip you see at the top left into the "Oculus Quest" box and click Save IP.
After you opened the Client click "Downloads" at the left. You'll see all available overlays. You can then download the overlays you want.
Go to the "Overlays" section in the client. You can then either click the link above the URL or click "Copy URL" and paste it into your browser.
First go the the "Overlays" section in the client and click "Copy URL" on the overlay you want to use.
Then in OBS add a Browser source to your scene and as URL paste the URL you copied from the client. As width and height simply set the width and height of your stream/video. You should see your overlay in your scene
