This script requires Python 2 and curl.

To list available jobs to download:

    python ace_seq_job_downloader.py -u username  

or to avoid a password prompt:

    ACEPASSWORD="mypassword" python ace_seq_job_downloader.py -u username

To download jobs:

    ACEPASSWORD="mypassword" python ace_seq_job_downloader.py -u username -j job_id [job_id]
