"IMPORT REFS.BIB" Button is now disabled if:

settings are empty
not on overleaf.com
program is currently importing into .bib

Button now updates and shows status messages durring importing into .bib .

Fixed Bugs:

application would get an fetch error everytime the .bib is synchronized

Known Limitation:

Zotero collections with more than 100 can not be imported correctly
