Version 1.0 with basis functionality

For this milestone, we should have a basic version of the library that includes the following:

  • Documentation
  • It's pip installable
  • it's compatible with the latest version of EXP 7.7.99
  • Have 3d visualizations routines
  • Have 2d density field visualizations
  • Works with halo and disks
  • translate coefficients between gala, AGAMA, and EXP
