Philosophy

The management of this software deployment project will be as publicly visible as possible, so that any member of ESIP can review its progress and provide comments, issues, or suggestions.

Toward this end, this project wiki, the [project issues](http://github.com/ESIPFed/cor/issues], and the ESIP repositories for mmiorr and COR are being maintained on ESIP's github project. The public is encouraged to participate according to its own interests.
