This should allow me better insight into the business logic performance of ticket handling. Additionally, it gives me insight into how often these functions are running, allowing me to compile ad-hoc statistics
Also added metrics for tracking performance of this task
Also improve metrics surrounding it by using standardized task metric

This will help smooth out some of the cyclical load
This allows admins to provide further details and instructions for users when opening certain kinds of tickets, allowing a more diverse range of use cases to be better covered automatically
Also renamed the ignored exceptions to clear warnings
