This PR adds a content info drawer to view of shared and public activities (the activity viewer, code viewer, and community pages).
The content info drawer displays
The PR also reworks the remix settings panels that are included in the content info drawer and share settings. The share settings now only allow one to select a license that is compatible with the license the activity was remixed under.
