Some sections in the original version of this PR had incorrect names for checked snippets. This PR fixes them. I manually checked the rest of the guide for empty sections. We have two broken code sections unrelated to this PR which may be a bug in include_mdbook:
Proper checking for anchor tags in the docsite is blocked by syncing with the main branch of include_mdbook in #365
