Fixed the issue of path handling for material (e.g. "C:\Users\Default User\Videos\my video.mp4", files or folder with spaces and special characters). Now you can select material of any file name (without having to move and/or rename it anymore) without error. (Thanks to NarryG for advice/part of code help)
Fixed the issue of getting an error for the render complete and failed sounds when they are missing
Path settings now remain unchanged for directing the current directory (e.g. "{folder}\") instead of redirecting to "C:\{path_to_YTP++}\{folder}\"
You can now render videos using only transition clips if the material list is empty

The Sparta Remix effect is now integrated into the program. No need for the plugin anymore!
High Pitch and Low Pitch toggles were relocated to Audio Effects (rather than in Speed Up and Slow Down Clip in Video Effects)
Now released as a separate "No RPC" program file in case you don't even use Discord (because of that connection error coming up constantly in console log) or don't want your YTP++ status to be tracked on Discord.
Also, I threw in even some more sounds, music, sources, and resources from the YTP+ Project Discord members out there for even more expansion into the archive.
How to configure YTP++
By default, the Squidward effect will be disabled unless you install ImageMagick and add magick.exe to your system path. (installation for ImageMagick will give you the option to do this but you must restart afterwards!)
FFmpeg, FFprobe, and frei0r come bundled with YTP++, so no need to install them after setting up.
NOTE: If you are running a 32-bit system (and when you can't run the 64-bit FFmpeg), replace the 64-bit FFmpeg and FFprobe files and frei0r folder with 32-bit ones from the "ffmpeg_x86" folder.
A 32-bit version of VLC is recommended to run this software, please install it beforehand for enhanced functionality.
