Calculate SHA-256 checksum for files which already exist at script runtime and differ in content. If they do not differ in content at all, the file is just skipped. If user confirms they can still overwrite the files.
However, all CSV rows still have to be parsed in order to compare the "proposed" content for the file and the file itself.
