feat: add Bitlayer chain, Bitlayer assets and update Avalon bitlayer marekt

Update:

• added one new chain: Bitlayer (https://www.bitlayer.org/)
• added Bitlayer market for Avalon Finance

Known Issue:

• Bitlayer TVL shows zero. It should be ~272.72K
