💥 Breaking changes

• #382 Replace camera entity by image entity and renamed it to map @edenhaus
  The state will show the last time, when the map was updated.
  The map will at most updated ones a second.
• #385 Add possibility to translate name, state and attributes @edenhaus
  Due the fact that the symbol + is not allowed to be included in a (attribute) state if you want to translate it.
  The fan speed level max+ was renamed to max_plus
• #392 Make service "refresh" translatable @edenhaus
  Renaming field part to category.
  All options are now lower case and blank spaces are replaced by an underscore for them to be translatable
