Issue with bluetooth after switching to version 6

I have tried the troubleshooting steps in the wiki, but after moving to version 6 I am unable for the life of me to get bluetooth with my pro controller to work. I see "pro controller" as paired in my bluetooth devices, yet am unable to remove it. Uninstalling the pro controller through the device manager still shows it as paired, and it persists even when I do a complete uninstall of the vigmbus software and drivers followed by restarts. I have also tried running with drivers only without the vigmbus software to no avail.

It works fine with USB when using the drivers, however even with everything uninstalled I can no longer connect my pro controller via bluetooth due to the persistent paired controller.
